Obituary
CaroleAnne Mortenson, formerly of Winchester, died Thursday September 22, 2022, at the age of 85. Beloved wife of the late David B. Mortenson. Born in Arlington to the late John H. and Mary E. (Doherty) Baker, she was raised in Somerville and attended St. Clements parochial school kindergarten through high school. CaroleAnne attended Mass College of Pharmacy where she met her future husband, David. The couple settled in Winchester where they raised their 6 children.
She was the loving mother of Audrey F. Clements of Londonderry, NH, John B. Mortenson of Pawtucket, RI, Elaine M. Currie and Kathleen A. Walsh, both of Salem, MA, Paul D. Mortenson of Bedford and the late James E. Mortenson. She had 16 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Sister of the late MaryFaith Baker. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 27 at 10 o'clock at Saint Mary's church in Winchester. The interment will be private.
