Donnelly, Eugene F.- of Winchester formerly of Ramsey, NJ Sept. 5th Beloved husband of the late Martha (Little). Loving father of Susan Collins of Winchester and David Donnelly of Monroe, NY. Also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Funeral services private. Former member of the RGCC. Late veteran WWII US Army.
