Obituary
Francis H. "Frank" Foisy, 73, of Winchester, passed away at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers on February 13, 2015. He was the beloved husband of the late Lorraine M. (Dewar) Foisy. Born in Worcester, Frank was the son of the late Walter and Hazel (George) Foisy. A welder, Mr. Foisy was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and the Air Force. He was the step-father of John R. Ralphs and his wife Stacy of Winchester, Donna Ralphs of SC, Elaine Steinmetz and her husband Karl. Frank was the brother of Gene and Mike Foisy, and is also survived by his grandchildren: Samantha, Sophia and Toni Ralphs, Jackie Marshman, and is further survived by his great-grandchildren Lexie, Dominic and Nathan. Funeral Services and burial are private.
