James J. “Jim” Moran, III, age 80, of Santa Barbara, CA, formerly of Hanover and Roxbury, MA. He was the beloved son of the late James J. and Ruth (Reagan) Moran, Jr., and the dear brother of Robert P. “Bob” Moran and his friend Linh Sam of Goleta, CA, Kathleen R. Moran of MD and William J. Moran of Quincy. Jim was also the dear uncle of Michael and Erin.
