Obituary
James J. Moran, Jr. – 92, of Hanover, formerly of Winchester and South Boston, March 21, 2011. Beloved husband of the late Ruth (Reagan) Moran. Loving father of James J., III of Hanover, Robert P. of Goleta, CA, Kathleen R. of Wilmington and William J. Moran of Quincy. Dear brother of the late Charles Moran, Virginia Skerry, Charlotte Doherty, Harold J. Moran and Margaret Smith. Devoted grandfather of Michael and Erin Porterfield. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Costello Funeral Home, 177 Washington St., Winchester, on Sat., March 26th at 10:30 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary's Church, 155 Washington St., Winchester at 11AM. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend. Visitation will be held on Sat. 9:30-10:30 AM. Interment Wildwood Cemetery Winchester. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the charity of your choice. Late Veteran U.S. Marine Corps. WWII.
