Obituary

Jane Ellen (Robinson) Robinson, age 93, a longtime resident of Woburn, formerly of Winchester, passed away on June 14, 2026. She was the beloved wife of the late Lemuel R. Cudmore and Malcolm E. Robinson.

Born in Winchester, she was the daughter of the late Windover R. and Mary (Gustin) Robinson. She was raised and educated in Winchester and was a graduate of Winchester High School. After high school she worked for a time as a personal executive secretary at State Street Research and Financial before she and Lem started their family.

They put down roots in Woburn, where their six children were raised and educated. Once the children were raised, Jane continued her education and earned her associate’s degree in computer science. She then spent much of her career as a preschool office manager at Children’s Own School.

In her spare time, Jane enjoyed playing cards and traveling. Mostly she cherished time spent with family, especially her adored grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind many special friends, most recently at New Horizons, including her table-mates and the staff.

Jane was the beloved mother of Wynn Cudmore and his wife Carla of Dallas, Oregon, Amy Leary of Danvers, Paul Cudmore and his wife Eileen, Keith Cudmore, Neil Cudmore and his husband Craig Parker, and Roy Cudmore and his wife Susan, all of Woburn.

She was also the loving grandma of Amanda, Alyssa, Calin, Kryssie, Keith, Paul Jr., Joshua, Nicole, Tyler, Lily, and the late Becca and the late infant Kyle. Adored “Gum” to Trey, Mack, Ramona, Cali, Cole, Owen, Arlo.

She was the dear sister of the late Annette (and her late husband Clellan) Bunn and is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
