John F. Rice, age 85, a longtime resident of Winchester, passed away on February 21, 2026.  He was the beloved husband for 63 years to Peggy Rice.

Visiting Hours will be held in the Costello Funeral Home, 177 Washington St., Winchester, on Friday, February 27, from 4-7PM and again on Saturday, February 28 at 9AM, followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Mary's Church, 155 Washington St., Winchester, at 10AM.  Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.  Burial will follow in Wildwood Cemetery, Winchester.
