Whalen, Julie J. (Marines) – of Winchester, 83, April 29, 2012. Beloved wife of Daniel J. Whalen. Loving mother of Kathleen M. Whalen of Worcester, Kevin T. Whalen of Winchester, Leslie A. LoPilato and husband Mark of Stoneham and Jeffrey P. Whalen of Winchester. Devoted grandmother of Lauren and Alicia LoPilato and Jefferson Whalen. Visiting Hours will be held in the Costello Funeral Home, 177 Washington St., Winchester, on Wed., May 2 from 5-7PM. Relatives and friends invited. Funeral service and burial are private. Donations in Julie's memory may be made to the American Heart Association 20 Speen St. Framingham, MA 01701.
