Obituary
Noel Fleming, age 87, of Winchester, passed away on August 10, 2022. He was the beloved husband of Patricia (Asaro) Fleming.
Born in Limerick, Ireland, Noel was the son of the late Michael Joseph and Mary Elizabeth (Brennan) Fleming. He was raised and educated in Limerick and graduated from University College in Dublin. After college, he left Ireland and worked in England for 15 years, then moved to the United States, where he was employed as a stockbroker for many years.
In his spare time, Noel loved fishing. He kept a lobster boat in Beverly, where he enjoyed many rewarding days on the ocean. He loved music, traveling, spending time on the ocean and the beach, golfing, family gatherings and holidays, especially Christmas, since he was born on Christmas Eve. He particularly loved his family and their many trips to Florida, especially Naples.
In addition to his wife, Patricia, Noel is lovingly survived by his son, Noel Fleming, and his wife Colleen, of South Boston. He was also the dear brother of Esther Beckett of FL and the late Michael Fleming and June Madigan.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to gather for Visiting Hours at Costello Funeral Home, 177 Washington St., Winchester, on Saturday, August 13 from 10:00 -11:45 A.M. A Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home at 11:45A.M. Burial will follow in Wildwood Cemetery, Winchester.
