Obituary
Robert J. Hansen, age 91, a resident of Winchester for over 50 years, passed away at the Winchester Nursing Center on November 30, 2009. He was the beloved husband of Eleanor (Welch) and the devoted father of Eric C. Hansen of Winchester and Karen W. Puffer and her husband Keith of Dracut. He was also the dear brother of Phillip Hansen of Washington and the late Edward Hansen and Bernice Cook. A Memorial Visitation will be held in the Costello Funeral Home, 177 Washington St., Winchester, on Sat. Dec. 5 from 2-4 PM. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association 311 Arsenal St. Watertown, MA 02472. Late MIT Professor.
