The building at 177 Washington St., Winchester was built in the 1870's and used as a private residence. The bottom floor of the residence was converted into a funeral parlor by Joseph Moffett and purchased by Robert J. Costello in 1961. Since that time, the building has been expanded and renovated to improve the comfort and aesthetic facets of our home and to provide complete handicapped access.

Located just outside picturesque Winchester Center a few doors from St. Mary's Church, we are a fully handicapped accessible building. Our handicapped entrance is the main entrance from the parking area and is level with the parking lot. There are no stairs to climb to enter the building from this entryway, nor are there any impediments once inside.

Our viewing rooms have been decorated, furnished and painted by an interior designer experienced with the role and significance of Funeral Home décor. We accentuate the formal aspects of our facility, and also emphasize the charming and peaceful characteristics, which convey a warm and calming ambiance, for your comfort.

There is a parking lot in the back of our funeral home, as well as ample parking on Washington St.
